Please remember to allow 10 days for your premium Scottish MaClootie clootie dumpling to be made. We live in the remote West Highlands from Scotland, 2 hours from the shops where we can buy the finest ingredients.
Where possible we try to use recycled products for our postage and packaging, we hope you agree this helps safe guard the environment.

Storage
Best eaten when fresh and moist
Your clootie will arrive vacuum packed
Once open keep in a cool dark place
Best eaten within 3 days of removing from packaging (but will last much longer if you can resist the temptation!)
Our clooties freeze well, store in this way for a maximum of six months
